Everyone knows melanin harvesting from humans is a hoax, myth and urban legend. The ink of cephalopods like sepia officinalis contain melanin. The chemical melanin is in animal fur, bird feathers, reptile scales, cephalopod ink, microorganisms in addition to human hair, skin and eyes.

Melanin also puts the “B” in RBG and the “Black” in Red, Black and Green. The Red, Black and Green flag of all people of African ancestry was consecrated on August 13, 1920. RBG100 will be August 13, 2020.
