This is your melanin value update for the year 2019. Melanin, the aromatic bio-polymer and organic semiconductor found throughout the living kingdom is currently worth $428 a gram. Gold is today worth $41.39. That means melanin is worth over $380 a gram more than gold.
Though the melanin being sold is extracted from the ink of sepia officinalis, the common cuttlefish, chemically it is the model for all eumelanin or true melanin. Melanogenesis is a name for the multistage chemical process where the amino acid tyrosine becomes oxygenated in the presence of the enzyme tyrosinase. That process occurs in cells known as melanocytes. Melanocytes are in human skin just as in the common cuttlefish and the choroid coat of mammalian eyes where melanin was first observed.
At this point it has been nearly five years since we first observed melanin to be worth more than gold. That observation came about due to the wisdom and insight of Baba Tarik A. Oduno. We are grateful to him for having inquired “how much is that compared to Coltan?” He was responding to us informing him melanin was worth $353 a gram in March 2014. We arrived at the notion melanin is a chemical and as a chemical must have a dollar value while reflecting on the first annual sacred libation ceremony paying tribute to the one hundred and forty-eight African American women who were lynched in America.
The Oduno Scale has been named in Baba Oduno’s honor to recognize the role he played in bringing about what we refer to as the era when all the generations of humanity can be called blessed.
It is not so much a matter of melanin being worth more than gold which is at issue. More so, the dollar value of melanin let’s us know there is a disconnect between the way people who have produced over three hundred thousand scholarly articles involving melanin think and the facts. None of those articles contemplate the fact melanin is worth more than gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium and coltan… COMBINED!!!
The inability to reflect upon the social and psychological implications of melanin’s dollar value remains to be examined. At present we can only state it seems we are in a new era, as mentioned earlier. This is the era when righteousness is mightier than sin. It also is clear might is only selfishness and cannot, ought not, win. Were it not so there would be no point in ignoring melanin as being worth more than gold. Are people who do so imposing a psychosomatic form of dementia upon themselves? Could their melanin denial have long range implications in their organic brain as a result?
Since we first observed melanin as worth more than gold no conservative, no liberal, no person from any integrationist organization, no one in the media has openly spoken on the topic of melanin being worth more than gold. The lack of any acknowledgement in the time that has transpired indicates a spinelessness among those who are in the public eye.
What you put out you’ll surely get back cause there’s no other way…if you play you’ll pay.

This is especially so since a twitter bomb was launched against Black women in particular and Black people in general during March 2017. The circumstances of the twitter bomb got the media’s attention from the perspective of missing D.C. girls. However, nowhere in the media did the issue of the twitter bomb aimed at connecting the dollar value of melanin to the missing D.C. girls come to the attention of any journalist. The fact that this blog experienced exponential growth in visitors during that event shows there are people in the logo sphere who were aware the twitter bomb took place. Are we to believe none of them have media contacts or even more amazingly none of the people who came to know what took place that day were journalists?
The idea of melanin being worth more than gold, silver, platinum, palladium, rhodium and coltan combined is both transgressive and subversive. It is transgressive in that it takes us cognitively and perceptually beyond conventional ideas while contradicting Western structured thought and behavior at the same time. It is subversive not because it represents an effort to overthrow the status quo. It’s subversiveness comes through an adherence to scientifically verifiable truth and honesty. Modern society has no such standards. If it did we would have heard about melanin’s dollar value in the media by now.
Moreover, melanin being worth more than gold is contrarian. Most of the public has no idea of what melanin is, let alone that it is a chemical produced with effortless ease and having a value beyond what most would think possible for a substance repeatedly emphasized as being a mere pigment.
Seek ye first the kingdom of heaven and all of these things will be added to you. (Matthew 6:33)
The kingdom of God is within (Luke 17:20-21)
In addition to the passages above being from the Bible, they are also part of the Tolstoyan resistance movement based on the views of Leo Tolstoy. Tolstoy’s views made an impression on Mahatma Gandhi, specifically his book “The Kingdom of God is Within You.” How could melanin be worth over $380 a gram more than gold other than it is the kingdom of heaven trying to tell us something, right now?
The most irrefutable evidence of this is the so-called Western media which presents itself as knowing everything about everything, yet pretending not to notice melanin is worth more than gold.
Do they fear what will happen when the whole world knows the kingdom of heaven is within us based on the simple fact melanin is worth over $380 a gram more than gold? If there is something inside of us capable of producing a molecule worth over $380 a gram more than gold with effortless ease, what else could that be but the kingdom of heaven trying to get our attention? Why would anyone who had a connection to God: I’m looking at you Preacher… I’m looking at you Reverend…I’m looking at you Reverend Dr. Yes, why would anybody who had a connection to God not want us to know the melanin molecule is worth over $380 a gram more than gold? Go where you can talk to this man in the front of your church on Sunday and ask him that question. How can he be connected to God and not want you to know melanin is worth more than gold? He’s got his PhD…he’s got his doctorate degree. He should be comfortable with telling you the truth as it’s written in your Bible:
Do these so-called ministers of the gospel not want us to be free? They have the ability to set all of us free just by telling the truth. Why are they not telling the truth? Why haven’t they talked about the fact melanin is worth over $380 a gram for the gold?
