Ku amsha (to awaken) is a reference for healing our life condition. It is making us realize we can only love ourselves when we truly know ourselves. We defined humanity for thousands if not millions of years before there was any concept of humanity other than the one we created. We have to heal the whole human race with the fact that we related to ourselves as humans when there was no one else on planet earth.
Imagine what would happen if churches were enlightened enough to teach this every sunday…inject this into the mind of the entire human race and we can see a radical shift in human behavior.
Kiamsha is a swahili term. It means “to awaken.”
We created a portmanteau word spelled “keyamsha.” This is for several reasons. The primary is due to the Emotions song “Flowers.” In the song they sing:
“WE hold the key to the world’s destiny.”
It also is related to the song sung by Teddy Pendergrass “Life Is A Song Worth Singing.” He tells us “You hold the key in the palm of your hand” among many very optimistic statements in the song.
