
In the process of researching the history of “Black Supremacy” (more appropriately termed fear of Black Supremacy) we learned that one of the major triggers for the enormous increase in articles referring to Black Supremacy in the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s had been the teachings of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. Interestingly enough, The Honorable Elijah Muhammad published a number of articles in the Pittsburgh Courier of his teachings from 1956 to 1959, the year the docuganda production “The Hate That Hate Produced” was first aired. Below we list the articles which The Honorable Elijah Muhammad published prior to the appearance of “The Hate That Hate Produced.” Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.
